Hotel Fairmount Shimla offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the beautiful location on the mountains of Shimla. The staff is very attentive and courteous, making sure all your needs are taken care of. The rooms with a view of the valley are simply breathtaking. And to top it off, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Overall my stay was excellent and I will choose it for sure for next trip. I could have lunch in cafe under tree set within 600 feet...

Nothing bothered me. Food is great. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like pappi ka dhaba that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Lovely base for city break in Shimla.

The hotel is situated atop a beautiful mountain, offering breathtaking views of the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and polite, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food served at the restaurant.

They were smaller than expected and made it difficult to move around, especially with multiple bags. The check-in and checkout process also seemed to be a bit slow, requiring multiple reminders to have our bags delivered to our room.

Got to spend Christmas with the family in the mountains. the views were great and the weather was perfect for a white Christmas. Plus, there was a variety of food and the rooms were spacious.

The location was too secluded, it was hard to find and the roads leading to the hotel were narrow and risky to drive on. the room service was slow and the staff was not very accommodating with our requests.
